The main home is ground level with the master suite only upstairs(connected with an interior staircase). Screened in pool overlooking the ocean, and a second large screened room on the street side with a pool table for the kids. Walk to famous Sombrero Beach just a few blocks away. Long fishing pier/dockage for shallow draft boats. (about 2' at low tide). Watch the sun rise over the turquoise waters of the ocean. Fish and snorkel from the end of the long pier, or just relax poolside. (Pool heat is additional). This is a casual beachside bungalow to just sit and relax in and not break your budget.
Rates starting at: $2500 during the fall "off season" months.
Regular weeks are $2800, with holidays at $3100.
