King in the master bedroom, King in the 1st guest bedroom. The 2nd guest bedroom has a bunk style bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The bottom also opens up (as a trundle bed) and has another twin. Pull out couch in the living room.
Lots of peaceful sitting area's...one on the deck overlooking the canal, one on the street side (which is screened) overlooking the golf course....and an adorable quiet spot in between the kids bedroom and the main living area.
Very convenient to the grocery store, department store, and restaurants. We are in walking and biking distance to those amenities. In a relaxing non high traffic area which is a great point of interest. Short bike ride to popular Sombrero Beach (2 miles away).
Introductory rates starting at: $2100/wk with all holidays $2300/wk **SPECIAL rates 5/01-5/30 $1900/wk**
$500 refundable damage deposit, $180 cleaning, $25 booking fee and 12.5% taxes. Pool heat is $200/wk if requested.
