This well kept 3 bedroom home offers....newly remodeled kitchen and bath's. The master suite and the first guest bedroom each have a queen size bed. The master has an ensuite lovely bath and 46" TV. There is a 50" TV in the living area with a blu-ray/DVD player. The third bedroom is set up as a childs room with two sets of bunk beds.....a full size and a twin size (One set has two full size mattresses and one has two twin size mattresses).
Introductory rates starting at $1800/wk for the winter of 2014 and $2,000/wk from June 1 thru Sept 1. All lobster weeks and holiday weeks are $2300.
$125 cleaning, $25 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit.
