| Absolutely charming two bedroom, 1 bath condo in quiet Sombrero area. Approxiamtely two miles to lovely Sombrero Beach. Twin Anchors unit 202 (upstairs unit). Completely remodeled and lovely. All tile floors, granite kitchen, new bath. VERY tastefully done, with 3 TV's, hi speed wireless internet, small screened patio. Stack washer/dryer in the unit. Grill downstairs for your use. There is limitted dockage for a boat up to 20'. There is a fish cleaning table on site as well. Trailers must be left in our locked storage area here at the office (2 miles north).
Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and a queen size bed. There is a deluxe queen size air mattress for an extra guest. You will not find a nicer or cleaner home at this price!
$2500 per 4 weeks, $100 cleaning fee, $25 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit. |
