Amidst the emerald lawns and white sand you'll find a swimming pool, putting green, tidal pond, bocce court, and a horseshoe pit, all immaculately kept. Inside, each of the 3 bedrooms features its own flat-screen television offering the full range of premium cable channels. High-speed wireless internet access, two and a half beautiful bathrooms, full-sized kitchen, and a full laundry round out all the comforts of home. Milemarker 57 offers a unique, private experience for discerning vacationers.
Amidst the emerald lawns, and white sand, you will find the swimming pool, putting greens (please being your own clubs), tidal pond and boccie court.
Bed sizes...........King, Queen, two twins, queen sleeper in living room. Cottage has a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, full bath and kitchen.
And then there's the sea. With 350 feet of frontage directly on the Gulf of Mexico, a protected boat basin, and great boat dockage, Mile marker 57 is a fisherman's paradise. A short walk from the back door, and you're catching shark and barracuda; put to sea, and you'll immediately find yourself in some of the best fishing waters in the world.
There is an adjacent cottage also available, for an add'l $500/wk.
Rates starting at $3500/wk, $300 cleaning, $25 booking fee, 12.5% taxes...All holidays and lobster weeks are $4000. Pool heat is an additional $200/wk
