Bedrooms include a lovely master with king size bed and an ensuite bath. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds (one with an ensuite bath) and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds (a daybed with a trundle). Additionally, the couch in the living room has a full size pull out.
Stay connected and entertained with complimentary high speed WiFi, 7 televisions including two outside for your pleasure. There is an indoor/outdoor Sonos Bluetooth sound system.
Large capacity washer and dryer are available for your use. The upstairs spacious covered porch boasts three seating area’s and a gas grill for your pleasure. Enjoy dining outside or watching the sun go down at the large teak table. The pool area includes two covered seating area’s and four chaise loungers. The pool measures 16 X 40 with a maximum depth of 5 feet and can be heated or chilled for an additional $200 per week (plus taxes) if paid by the Wednesday prior to arrival or $250 after that, plus taxes. .
Water and a custom fish cleaning table. Guests may enjoy access to two single person kayaks, 450 lb commercial ice make, two freezer’s (one for bait and one for all that fish!!), all stored inside the 15 X 12 garage storage area. Great for all your fishing equipment as well. Please note that guests do not have access to the main garage, however, the property offers ample parking including plentiful shaded parking under the house as well as abundant uncovered parking for additional vehicles, a large boat trailer, or even an RV/camper. Brand new tiki hut for those looking to escape the sun!
Located less than one mile from Sombrero Beach with a wide, off the road walking/running/bike bath. Also located less than a half mile from Publix which means less time stocking up n provisions and more time to enjoy your stay.

Rental rates start at $2,300/wk from May 1 thru May 25, and then again August 20 thru December 15 (except for Thanksgiving week). Regular rates are $3000/wk and all holidays are $3,500/wk. The two main lobster weeks of mini season and the opening week are $4,200/wk.
